Protection Tutorial

Our Lolnet Network uses both Grief Prevention and MyTown2 - they're here to protect your contents from naughty griefers!

Grief Prevention

On Survival and 1.10 modded servers only:

After you finish building your first base, it's time to protect it. Grab your golden shovel (By default, you should have shovel as starter).

Hold golden shovel and you'll see how many claim blocks you can claim.

You need to decide the size of the area you want to protect. (In the picture the red corners mark the area we want to protect).

Now hold your gold shovel and right click first corner and it should say ' Claim corner set! Use the shovel again at the opposite corner to claim a rectangle of land. To Cancel, put your shovel away. '

Mark the opposite side corner by right clicking it and it should say ' Claim created! Use /trust to share it with friends. '

It will show your protection area, (The protected area goes from bedrock to air)

Now you're all set to go, your first base is now protected!

Want to add friends into your claim? Use /trust <playername> and they'll able to access to your contents/protection.
